Order Processing Time

  • IN STOCK Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, promotions, or custom/preorder launches, processing times may be extended.
     

  • I am not in control of UPS, USPS, Fedex or any other carrier method. I can not get them to deliver products quicker. I can control the pace at which items are dispatched once I have them in stock and will typically process those within 3 business days.
     

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and selected shipping method.

  • We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and carrier delays. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Booth & Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with next steps.

    Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Booth & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
